Best TV On Tonight: From Winter Olympics to The Chasers

Stuck for what to watch on tv tonight, Friday 20 February, 2026?

The Winter Olympics continues on BBC Two and iPlayer of course, and here’s 5 of the best other shows to watch tonight…

Would I Lie To You? 8.30pm, BBC One and iPlayer.

Rob Brydon is in the host’s chair of the award-winning comedy panel show, with Lee Mack and David Mitchell as the lightning-quick team captains. A stellar cast of celebrity guests reveal extraordinary stories about themselves. But are they telling the truth, or are they making it all up?

Sorting the fact from the fiction are guest panellists Jonathan Ross, Kate Garraway, JB Gill and Michelle Wolf.

Beat the Chasers, 9pm, ITV1 and ITVX.

Bradley Walsh hosts as the Sensational Six - The Sinnerman, The Beast, The Governess, The Menace, The Vixen and The Dark Destroyer - come together to take on Jane, Jonathan, Chigozie, Michael and Oliver.

Walkers Unpacked: Inside the Crisp Factory, 8pm, Channel 4.

It's crunch time for one of Britain's most well-known brands, as Walkers launches its latest permanent crisp flavour and brand-new packaging. We go behind the scenes to follow the entire process - from farm to test kitchen and the production line, where millimetres make or break a batch. We meet the people on quality control who look for the tiniest defects and maintain the top-secret machinery, and the flavour scientists who taste and re-taste until they find the perfect flavour. From soil to shelf, this is the journey of how a crisp is born.

Death in Paradise, 9pm, BBC One and iPlayer.

The team are called to a local church, St Vincent’s. Sylvie Godwin, an elderly parishioner, has perished after the large cross she was dusting apparently toppled over on her. It looks like a tragic accident. The church was locked from the inside. And who could possibly want to kill the sweet and pious Mrs Godwin? But Mervin has his suspicions...

The case has a particular resonance for Seb. His mother is the long-time pastor at St Vincent’s, and he has grown up in this church. Could one of the congregants, whom he has known all his life, really be capable of murder? As the investigation deepens and secrets surface, Seb must battle to keep his emotions out of a highly personal case.

Meanwhile, Mervin redoubles his efforts to settle into life on the island. After finding himself out of his depth at the local dominoes club, he devises a plan to bring a little flavour of London to Saint Marie.

The Graham Norton Show, 10.40pm, BBC One and iPlayer

Together on Graham's sofa tonight are: Oscar winner Benicio del Toro, talking about Paul Thomas Anderson's critically acclaimed film One Battle After Another; Jennifer Garner, starring in returning TV mystery thriller The Last Thing He Told Me; celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, in new restaurant documentary series Being Gordon Ramsay; and singer-songwriter Charli XCX, starring in pop mockumentary The Moment.
